Penelope Jane "Penny" Smith (born 21 September 1958) is an English television presenter, newsreader and radio presenter. she was presenting The Breakfast Show' for BBC London 94.9 on weekday mornings. She presented for Sky News and Classic FM, and for GMTV.

Smith was born in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire.
